What is 925 Sterling Silver?
Our jewellery collection is made from 925 Sterling Silver, ensuring excellent quality. The "925" indicates that the silver used is 92.5% pure, with the remaining 7.5% consisting of copper, to enhance the silver's durability and strength. This standard guarantees that our silver jewellery is not only durable and valuable but also hypoallergenic, making it safe to wear.Β
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are packed Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on Monday.
We offer a Standard or Express UK tracked shipping service. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of cleared payment.
How much is your postage and how long would it take to deliver my order?
We currently only sell and ship to Mainland UK.
Our standard tracked shipping cost to UKΒ is Β£2.99 (2-4 working days) and Express delivery isΒ Β£3.99 (1-3 working days)
Orders made on the weekends, public holidays and special occasions may take longer.
Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee delivery on a particular date since we do not handle package deliveries ourselves.
Do you source your products through a drop-shipping supplier, or do you have your own inventory?
We manage our own inventory of products.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only sell and ship to Mainland UK.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
Please check your junk/spam folder. If it doesn't come through after 24 hours, contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. UnfortunatelyΒ once an order has been processed,Β we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. However, please feel free to return your unwanted order.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If your item has not been delivered to you within the expected time frame, please contact usΒ for further assistance.Β
Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?
Yes! Just remember that your billing address must match the address that your payment card is registered to.
How do I send an item as a gift?
We do not display any price information on orders so simply add their delivery address at the checkout.Β
I want to send multiple gifts, how do I do this?
To send multiple gifts to the same recipient, simply add them to one order and pay as you would for a single item.Β We will attempt to pack them together, but if they can't fit in our postal boxes, they will be packaged separately at no extra cost to you. If you want to send gifts to different recipients, you'll need to complete separate orders and pay P&P for each address.
What if no one is at home when the delivery arrives?
Our packaging is letterbox friendly, i.e. small enough to fit through letter boxes.Β
Can I return or exchange my items?
We have a 28 day return policy. We do not accept returns on pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons. PleaseΒ refer to our Returns Policy on the Homepage for further details.
Do I have to cover the cost of a return?
Yes, you will need to cover the return cost for unwanted items.
Where do I enter my discount code?Β
When you areΒ ready to completeΒ your purchase, you can enter the discount code during the checkout process. Look for a designated box to input the code and then click on the "apply" button. After applying the code, your updated total order value will be displayed.
The item I want is out of stock. Will it be back in stock soon?
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm when an out of stock item will be back in stock, if it will at all.
Is my personal information secure?Β
All transactions are secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never stored within our systems.Β
