Fast and reliable UK Mainland shipping with Royal Mail

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. You’ll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–4 working days – £2.99, or FREE on orders over £50

Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 working days – £3.99

Order Changes

Please double-check all details before checkout. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, or once a shipping label has been issued, the order will be considered processed and cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Returns & Hygiene Policy

If you would like to return an order for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order. Authorised returns must be received within 28 days from the date of purchase.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit that do not reach us.
All returned items must be received in the same condition as supplied, including all original packaging.

For hygiene and safety, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless: the item is faulty, or you received the wrong product. This policy ensures that all customers receive earrings that are brand new and have not been worn.

If this happens, contact us within 7 days, so we can resolve the issue.

If you have a genuine reaction, contact us within 30 days with a photo or description, and we’ll issue a full refund. Your safety and comfort are our priority.
